Glenda adds the woman's touch. Her degree and training in decorating helps not only with the floorplan design process, but also helps to guide you through the choices and selections that will individualize your home. Her experience and organization help to keep the fun and excitement in getting the home you have been dreaming of.

Together Randy and Glenda work as a team - with you as our partners, striving to get the home you have been dreaming of. Once the design and planning process are complete...it's time to build! Now you can sit back and relax. Depending on the size and requirements of your home, the building process will take an average of six months. Your home will be carefully constructed and supervised by Randy and Glenda on a daily basis to make sure each detail is just right. It is our goal for your home building experience to be a pleasant and exciting one.
