We have become known as the Premier Builder of Luxury Courtyard Homes in the Lake Charles area.

It all began back in 1985 with a 14 home development - Woodgate Courtyard Homes located within the Stillwood Subdivision - the block just south of Thrifty Way Pharmacy on McNeese Street.

Our next courtyard neighborhood was the 48 home development of Pecanwood Courtyard Homes, located on Ernest Street and on Pecanwood Drive - across from Central Library on Ernest Street.

Our next venture was the Courtyards of University, a 14 home development located on the east side of Lake Street, one block south of McNeese Street.

Our office, by the way, is right next door to this development.

Next came the 9 home development of Hidden Treasure Courtyard Homes located on the west side of Lake Street on Treasure Lane. Eight homes have been built and sold there, and only one lot is still avalable.

We then were asked by the folks at Graywood to bring our concept to their golf course community. We have since completed the 20 homes on West Azalea and now have homes completed as well as homes under construction on East Azalea. We have completed and sold 16 homes, we have a completed model home that is for sale, and we now have only 3 home sites left to build on, 1 private courtyard lot and 2 waterfront sites.

Our latest development is Hidden Gardens Courtyard Homes and is located on the southeast corner of Lake Street & School Street. There are only 9 lots is this development, 5 homes have been completed and sold. We have a new model home under construction that is for sale. We now only have 2 lots left available and we don't expect them to last long; so if you're interested ...........
